There are several recipes similar to this, but I prefer this one because it contains no butter or mayonnaise. This recipe also works well with orange roughy or catfish and can be easily doubled.

Preheat oven to 450. spray baking sheet with non stick spray. place tilapia on sheet and bake for 5 mins. Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients together. Flip fish over and spread parmesan mixture evenly on each fliet. Continue to bake for another 5 minutes or until fish is done and parmesan topping is lightly browned.
