I make these ahead so that I have access to a smoothie in a matter of seconds. Freeze the prepared fruit and just add skim milk when ready to make. Yum Yum

Blueberry muffins made with a stevia baking blend instead of sugar. Texture is a little different than muffins with sugar, but at just 77 calories each I think they're pretty good.
