THESE ARE SO YUMMY! This was my first experience to make (or eat) a veggie burger, and I can tell you it won't be my last! Even my carnivore (lol) father LOVES these and asks for them a lot. He calls them Krabby-Patties.

This is a relatively low-fat curry recipe, cashews, low-fat yogurt and crushed tomatoes make the curry paste thick, nutrient rich & very tasty. It can also be made with chicken or red meat.

I first thought this a strange combination when I saw this on the menu on an Alaskan Cruise. The head waiter told me to try it; that I wouldn't be dissapointed. True enough, it was amazing! The cruise ship didn't have the recipe in their cookbook, but I found a similar one easily enough online. This is now one of my family's favorites.
