I always liked a modified Reuben (no sauerkraut!) so this is an even healthier version! This recipe can be multiplied as needed since it is just for one.

An improved and more flavorful version of my "Tuna Waldorf Salad with Pear". The Greek yogurt really makes the salad fresher and lighter. Though the calories in this one are slightly higher but it is due to increase of protein.

A yummy salmon salad to serve over greens or on a sandwich. It is very nice on slices of cucumber. Feel free to eyeball/ taste test amounts of ingredients. I did- had to estimate for a written recipe.
