Broccoli slaw is my answer to rice, pasta or noodles. This stuff is wonderful used with stir fries or italian dishes. It takes on the taste of what ever sauce you mix it with. Cook it right in the bag. Snip a hole in the bag and microwave for a minute or two to what ever doneness you like.
