We do our meal planning one week at a time, with a theme for each week. Then we re-use our plans later on so that we don't have to keep meal planning over and over again. All our meals are gluten free.

Sweet and savory, it is delicious for dinner or lunch with brown rice or couscous If you are using fresh pumpkin, save the seeds for toasted pumpkin seeds as a snack.
