I had something similar at a local restaurant as a side dish and decided it'd taste good in a pita pocket so I created this recipe. Makes a great lunch or quick snack. I normally eat it in a pita pocket, but did not include that in the calories here since pitas can vary in number of calories.

This is a lower fat version of the recipe on the back of the Knorr package. Also has a bit more protein due to the addition of cottage cheese.

This is an old family recipe. To make it completely vegetarian you can replace the beef bouillon with vegetable bouillon. The corn flakes can be replaced with Special K Cereal too - we just usually had corn flakes on hand.

Cheese has a heck of a lot of calories, but I love it too much to cut it out entirely. So I make this tuna wrap with cottage cheese to get the cheese taste without the fat. It is very satisfying and surpisingly low calorie.
