A quick family supper that all my kids have loved. If you forgot to take meat out for supper and have to use frozen ground beef, you can still have supper on the table in about 35 minutes. I serve this with a big tossed salad

This is my basic oatmeal recipe to which I add fresh fruit, just before adding the oats, such two chopped apples, two cups chopped strawberries, two small chopped pears, - just remember to add the NI for the fresh fruit. My Spicy Old Fashioned Meatloaf
