This is a basic quiche recipe that I used all the time when I lived in France. The Lorraine in the recipe is the bacon, onion & swiss cheese. You can take those items out and replace them with anything you like. Any type of veggies in the house usually will work!

It looks like jam, but it's bursting with whole fruit and thick enough to eat with a fork. Serve over pork roast, on top of yogurt or cottage cheese, or on your morning toast.
