bake cake as directed on the box. I like to use bunt pan and make an upside down cake.
To make icing place powdered sugar in a small bowl, add lemon juice stirring gradually. icing should be like a thick paste, spoon over cake. Deliciousness.

i modified this recipe that i found on the interweb somewhere... I combined wheat flour and used vanilla extract instead of almond (i forgot to buy the almond and used what i had on hand, whoops!). I also used unsweetened almond milk instead of regular milk because I don't drink milk. They came out VERY YUMMY and moist!!!
