Cookbook creator says: may improve carbs by using 2 Tbs packed brown sugar and 2 or 3 Tbs of stevia (baking) per taste (instead of all brown sugar-- although the brown sugar is richer flavored as compared to the white sugar variety) or use blueberries in place of / or WITH strawberries.
