This is a twist on the original knorr spinach dip. It is low carb, low fat, good protein dip that tastes great and is wonderful with baked chips, celery, lettuce leaves, and other raw veggies.

This is a big hit with my family. I have given the recipe for baking in the oven, but I have also done it in the crockpot. If I use the crockpot then I take the lid off the last hour. I suggest serving this with a salad or some brown rice, or both.
