SINCRONIZADA is a Mexican dish, usually had for breakfast or dinner. The usual version has a slice of ham and a slice of cheese sandwiched between two tortillas (either flour or corn), all of this is fried and then bathed with salsa.
My version has more veggies and is only heated or fried in a minimal amount of EVOO.
This plus a fruit or two would make a complete meal in a 1500 calorie diet and will get you almost half the dietary fiber you need in a day.
