Quick and easy low in carbs and high in protein.. this is for 1 serving 1 scoop of vanilla 100% whey protein mix, 1/2 cup of Sunrise Growers cherry berry mix, 4 oz. of Welches Cherry & White grape juice & 4 oz. of water with 2 ice cubes & blend. To make it sweeter you can add 1teaspoon of splenda.
