I increased the onion and used fresh mushrooms vs. canned to lower salt and add fresh ingredients. Also replaced full fat soup with reduced fat soup and replaced reduced fat sour cream with fat free Greek yogurt. I added the Worcestershire sauce to give back the zing lost by taking out sour cream.
