If you love Monkey Bread, try these Monkey Muffins. They are just a smaller version of the tasty bread. I used Parkay 0-Calorie Spray Butter for added ease (and fewer calories).

You can substitute Splenda for the sugar to save even more calories....I used the real stuff though and each Monkey Muffin was just over 105 calories!

They are tasty, warm, sweet and delicious...Plus, their small muffin shape makes a cute presentation and easy self-serve portions! Hope you love em!

Quick and easy dinner, plus low in calories per serving. Have a salad on the side to round out your meal!

Feel free to substitute in different "cream of" soups, be they low sodium or lower in calories or fat, plus any other veggies you want to add. Use flavored or plain mashed potatoes, or any other seasonings you like. Enjoy!

This bread is so easy to make and it tastes just like a fussy yeast bread. Be sure to use self-rising flour so it can work it's magic! Serve this with chili or soup...
