Cooking for a Big Family

I joined a weight loss program with my mom and realized how hard it really is to keep track of your calories as well as grams of protien. So I thought that I would start my cookbook just so I have easier access to all of my recieps that I use on a normal every day basis.

This meal is one of my family favorites. Feel free to change it up to make it more yours. My mom adds buttered bread cut into cubes on the top of hers and bakes until brown. Also really good with potatoes smoothering the top and baked until warm all the way through.
