Just to clarify for the questions below:
First, YES the cream cheese is figured into the totals...if you use FULL FAT cream cheese, the fat content will be considerably higher. But low fat cream cheese really takes the fat down.

Second, I haven't ever tried it with regular Italian dressing...let me know how it turns out!

Third, I HIGHLY recommend using the low setting for cooking...it allows the juices from the chicken to really seep into the dressing.

This new concoction is my new pre-exercise meal It's great for your skin, hair, and eyes. The flax seed have the Omega 3's for the heart and lungs. The coconut oil boost the immune system. This smoothie is a replacement for lunch. If you think you're deficient in vitamin A and E make this two times a week. Don't go over board on the carrot or you'll be orange. This is not a low fat smoothie so don't make it if you are watching your fat intake.

After living in Brazil for 5 years, and having black beans on our menu twice a day, 6 days a week, I decided to jazz up a soup for my family. We are back in the States now, but still crave the taste and smell of the black beans boiling on the stove.The broth is "thin", and this makes a good in-between meals snack.

For a heartier soup, when reheating, I add 1 oz. of whole grain rotini per serving and add it into my nutrition separately.

I make my own sourdough starter by whisking together 2 c. freshly ground whole wheat flour, 2 cups warm water and 1 T. instant yeast in glass bowl. Cover with a cloth. Let set at warm room temperature, stirring occasionally until a clear liquid forms on top. About 1-2 days. Store in a glass jar in the fridge. When you use some, feed it by whisking together equal amounts of flour and water and adding it to the starter. Put back in the glass bowl and set at room temperature until liquid forms on top, probably only a couple hours. If you use 1 cup starter, feed it by mixing 1 cup flour with 1 cup water and so on.
