My version of a classic French Province meal, easy and healthy as well. Low salt and low in fat.
And the best part is it is in a slow cooker. This of course can be made on a pot, on stove top or dutch oven in range.

Similar concept to another recipe of mine, and other popular recipes on this site, but this recipe uses low sodium ingredients, and is still very tasty! I freeze leftovers in small microwaveable containers, and place them back in the refridgerator the day before I want to reheat them.
