This is one of our family favorites! Although it's pretty low in calories and fat (for fettuccine alfredo), it has plenty of flavor. Used ground turkey and italian seasoning instead of italian sausage and whole wheat pasta instead of regular pasta and decreased the amt. of cheese used.
