I was trying something different. So I went to the cabinet and threw a bunch of stuff together in a pan. I think it's pretty good.

Low sodium and fat, and pretty good on the potassium too.
We strain out the onions and garlic and serve them with it.

This is SO good! It is best if you can be there to add things as directed, but I am sure it would be good if you put it in there all at once.
