This Is just a base recipe for healthier pancakes. I call them "not so proper" because the original recipe is a traditional old timey pancake recipe called "proper pancakes." I have omitted ingredients like salt, eggs, and butter. And I replaced the sugar with honey to give the pancakes a little added flavor. I usually put chocolate chips, raspberries, or blueberries in mine. But the nutritional information I have provided does not account for these things. Also, as an egg replacement, you will want to use the 1 Tbsp. Flax Seed, and 3 Tbsp. Water listed below. Also, serving size varies depending on how big you make your pancakes.
