This is a great dish with lots of veggies! Of course you could also use a frozen broccoli, califlower, and carrot mix to change it up a bit!

This is a nice low-salt, low-fat veggie side dish This is very good with low-salt stewed tomato on top (not included in calorie count).

This recipe was in the local newspaper one summer. I love crabcakes and really, they do taste a lot like crabcakes. Make sure to drain the zucchini well or they get soggy. Another good way to use up the zucchini.

Will be less calories than stated, since nutritional label included the syrup, which we do not use in this recipe. This is an alternative to that sugary sweet marshmallow topped usual holiday fare. Though still sweet.
