This is my Mom's recipe for Blueberry Pancakes. If done correctly, they are so light and fluffy...and a short stack will fill you just fine. Especially if you add a couple strips of bacon or a sausage patty. (And if you're vegen, there are eggs and milk in this recipe...but there is no other category to fit it under)
