Eldress Bertha Linsay was one of the last surviving residents at Canterbury Shker Village. She liked to make this suacue with Baldwin apples. We tested it with Pink Laddy apples, which are easier to find. (I tested it with Honeycrisps.) Cooking Light 2008 Oct. 2008.
