You can add 1/2 cup of nuts, if desired. I eat one of these with a tablespoon of peanut butter (with my coffee and skim milk) and it's almost a perfectly balanced breakfast.
not a very sweet cake. if you eat a lot of sweet things, you'll probably find this bland and lacking flavor.
