Cool and refreshing - only 26 calories - no fat slushy/smoothie. This is loaded full of fruit & veggie, using cucumber, pineapple, and lemon. A cool twist of the normal yogurt drink. If you like cucumber, you will love this drink. You may add some sweetener if it is not sweet enough - although it tastes great without it.

From the movie "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead". I didn't think I would like this, but it is soooo good! The nutritional info would not be correct for the fiber content. Not sure about the rest of the nutritional info... since it's juice.

WAHOO for fresh juice!!!! this is my favourite staple juice blend. Buy a big bag of carrots, a couple bags of apples a couple of cucumbers and some fresh ginger, turn on the juicer and BINGO...Juice for the WEEK!!!
