This is a sample of Turkish cuisine. It has a low GI index, is delicious, easy to cook, and nutritious. I have modified the original turkish pilaf recipe to suit my taste buds.

You can eat it alone as a main dish, serve it with meat, beans or a curry. It is indeed very yummy and spicy.
