Quick and easy protein drink.
Note: Calories broken down: banana - about 108 calories (according to SP), protein powder has about 70 calories per scoop (used one), the peanut butter has about 190 calories per 2 Tbsp, the greek yogurt has about 110 cal per 5.7 oz
The finished drink makes about 14 ounces. I use this as only one serving, but you could make it about 2 servings (add more ice).
