I made this up today as a version of my regular meatballs for my DH who requests the leanest meatballs possible. I think even using turkey, these would be hard to beat.

This is the basic recipe Mom gave me. I often add to it with diced veggies, shredded parmesan, spices, etc... But this is the basis for our regular meatloaf.
