I'm always looking for a way to make burgers so I put this together and my husband asks for it all the time now!

You can adjust the veggies to your taste and use a leaner turkey to reduce the calories. I like the 85/15 to keep it moist though.

Adapted from Reader's Digest One Dish Meals, Microwave Meals. Can substitute yellow squash for zucchini.

[I found this recipe when I was looking for a quick meal plus a way to use an abundance of zucchini and yellow squash. This squash pie is amazingly easy to make, quick to cook, filling, and delicious. My additions/comments/suggestions are in brackets, and the calories are based on my substitutions and additions. JW]
