Cookbook creator says: The nutrition information is based on a 13 OZ (369g) can of chicken. The can says 5 servings per can at 70 calories per serving. When you drain the water only 4 servings are left. So do the math. The caloric intake calculated in this recipe shows higher than what I calculated by about 70 Cal
