This Hungarian dish is easy and delicious. The original recipe said it is for "4" but I found that depending on the size of your chicken it really makes enough for "6" or 3 days of meals or leftovers!

This is my version of another recipe. It's loaded with protein and is great for dinner served with steamed brocolli or rice. I also will use it for a WONDERFUL breakfast casserole with fruit.

Here is a lovely vinaigrette that I have come across during my travels in France and perfected myself. It's definitely tangy and fresh. If you love garlic this vinaigrette is perfect. Serve it with a simple baguette and a bit of cheese, pour on your salads, or dress your meat with it.
