This soup is so hearty and satsifying, with unique flavors inspired by Keema (an Indian casserole). It makes 8 very hearty servings and is really delicious with naan bread. Submitted by TOMIANNIE Carbs: 34.3g | Fat: 1.9g | Fiber: 6.8g | Protein: 22.9g | Calories: 236.7

I actually got the basics of this recipe when I went to a tops meeting with my mother in law! Get em crispy enough and they are soo tasty! Like eating chips or popcorn but without most of the guilt because they are so jam packed with protein and only have under 200 calories a serving. It feeds four as an appetizer but I'm not gonna lie, I've sat down and had em for lunch and ate an entire batch! They even have a good amont of fiber so enjoy! Pretty much the easiest taco filling ever. A much healthier substitute for the meat in a standard taco. Submitted by ILANSTERMONSTER Carbs: 22g | Fat: 1g | Fiber: 6g | Protein: 6g | Calories: 125

This is one of my family's favorite dishes! This can be served over polenta or rice, and of course makes a great taco filling. You can also make it into more of a stew by combining it with diced tomatoes. You can adjust the spices to taste--the recipe is calculated using standard chili powder, but if you make your own (salt-free) blend and use no salt added tomatoes, you can make a low sodium version!
