Cookbook creator says: Some suggestions from others: Use feta, 3 cloves garlic, fresh spinach(10 cups, packed) chicken thighs, onion and bell pepper. Use mushrooms and artichoke hearts serve over fettucine. Use half the Parmesan cheese and add 3 TBSP herb and garlic cream cheese. Replace spinach with swiss chard.
