This is a great breakfast after a good workout. It's filling and tastes great. You can add other fruit if you so desire, just remember to factor them into your nutrition tracking. You can also add a pkt of stevia sweetener to add a little sweetness!
**Remove the banana if you want a lower carb breakfast**

1 small container of yogurt
you can substitute 2 Tbsp of Orange Juice Concentrate for the 1/4c of Pineapple Juice
1 Tbsp of Flax seed
1 Tbsp of Wheat Germ
