This is a low carb adaptation. There are no potatoes in this particular recipe due to my low carb lifestyle. It is tasty. You may add sour cream as a garnish.

a savory, slightly spicy crab dip. Works well cold or baked.... don't skimp on fresh ingredients-- the aromatics are amazing. This dip is great for summer picnics and parties, though you may want to double it.

I saw this recipe on a low carb show a while back. I like it because it really cuts back on the carbs of real rice and you can add an egg roll from your local chinese place for a quick meal.

These muffins have wheat germ, soy flour,flax seed meal, whole wheat flour, corn meal, unsweetened applesauce, vanilla soy milk and egg whites. The sugar content is just miniscule and there is no cholesterol and the carb content is low for muffins. You could use these for breakfast or a snack or a side item.
