This is NOT low fat, whole grain or diet in any way, but it is my kid's favorite and a great way to use up brown bananas. Whenever we have a leftover brown banana, I peel it and throw it into a bag in the freezer. When I have 5 it's time for banana bread. As a once in while treat, keep the portions small and enjoy.
