Cookbook creator says: I liked this version, but usually make it as a clear chicken broth where I just toss in a bunch of chopped cress (minus stems of course). It makes it a lot faster and fewer calories overall.

Peanut butter based cole slaw that goes GREAT as a side dish to any Asian flavored fish/poultry/meat. My husband hates cole slaw and couldn't stop eating this!!!
