Serves 2. Modified from Dr. Agatston South Beach Phase 1 Recipe. Prepared in parchment paper or foil in the oven. I keep bags of frozen chicken breasts & or tenders in the freezer. Calories are slightly higher than the original recipe as I use extra veggies.
