I modified recipe submitted by SparkPeople user AJTURLEY77 choice of comfort food. I changed it to fit my family size & dietary preferences. I also don't have Cajun spice on hand, & used what was in my pantry. I served it with recipe for Baked Cheesy Cauliflower. I put the Cauliflower in the oven to bake while I prepared this dish. By making this recipe with dried Great Northern Beans, I was able to decrease the sodium content considerably. I cooked a 16 oz bag of beans per directions. I used 1/3 of the cooked beans for this recipe. The other beans can be stored in the refrigerator and used on salads, or frozen for the next time this recipe is made. Submitted by 60SIXTY
