We make these for the month, and we freeze them individually wrapped in foil. To reheat, just remove from foil, wrap in paper towel, stick in microwave 1-2m. Can reheat straight from frozen.

Meant to be reheated straight from freezer. After baking and cooling, wrap in foil and freeze. To reheat, remove foil, wrap in paper towel, put direct in microwave from freezer for 2-3m.

This is a great quick dinner when your in a hurry. Great for super bowl Sunday or other times you might have company!
Instructions are for a double batch. I divide this into two batches and then If it is just my family I use 8 tortillas and one bag of filling mix.,
