Fabulous Low Sodium Salsa

I love salsa but it seems all the store bought ones are so high in sodium that I wasn't able to enjoy much of them. I came up with this recipe that has all the flavor and ingredients that I love and is so low in sodium that I can have as much as I want. Delicious! This is a hot version. If you prefer a mild salsa, leave out the jalopeno pepper.Submitted by 7777BEV

Home Made Low Sodium BBQ Sauce

I have been trying to find a low sodium bbq sauce but have been unsuccessful finding any in the local stores, so I decided to create my own. This recipe is my own take on a recipe from recipezarr.com - you could use splenda brown sugar and whatever spices you like (will alter nutritional information). I will continue to play with this recipe, it was very good (sweet with a little tang) and has a lot of potential to be even better.Submitted by GIRL*IN*MOTION
