Joni's 300 Calories (OR LESS!!) per Serving Cookbook

I decided to not try or make any recipes that were more than 300 calories per serving. I have grouped them by the ones I have tried listed first (If I have tried them--I have made a comment) and then grouped by sides, desserts, beef, ham, tuna, seafood, and then chicken. Bon apetit!!! Joni

Original recipe calls for regular breakfast sausage, such as Jimmy Dean. But I found this substitute to taste just as good and much less fat and healthier. A great grab and go breakfast. Make ahead and wrap individually in the refridge, micro for 30 seconds on high and go!!
