Cookbook creator says: TRIPLE RECIPE!!! Mexican, so I added minced garlic and cumin. Since this is low in calories, I put a few shrimp in a fajita-sized flour tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and light sour cream. 2 shrimp tacos + 1 c of spanish rice = about 450 calories and is very filling and tasty!
