This granola is scrumptiously wholesome. It brings you right back to Grandma's house, savoring every bight of that autumn-fresh pumpkin pie, but in a healthy and nourishing breakfast form. It goes beautifully on greek yogurt paired up with fresh apples, or even on it's own with a tad of milk.

I was wanting a snack that had pumpkin and oatmeal together so I came up with this granola recipe. Please feel free to alter it as needed and make suggestions - this is my first attempt at homemade granola and I'm open to criticism and help!
