This is my collection of various paleo recipies that I think are very delicious. I come from a long line of foodies, am very picky, and my daughter even works for a michelin starred chef, so if i'll eat it even my favorite 2 years olds will. Happy and HEALTHY eating

Sometimes, a primal/ LC-loving gal is desperate for an ooey gooey grilled cheese or quesadilla. Make yourself a homemade tortilla, stuff it with avocados, chicken, or whatever else you desire, and consider your cravings squelched!!

Recipe from Elana's Pantry with a few ingredient substitutions to make use of what I keep on hand. The below ingredients are doubled from the original recipe which makes 8 muffins. Gluten free, dairy free.

This is a mayo free version of an old standby. It is paleo-friendly for all you skinny cavemen and women out there.

The original recipe was 4 servings (4 tops, 4 bottoms). I felt too high in calorie. We would rather have extra protein and veggies.
