Annie's kale sauce (or spread)
Good 3.0/5

Good on crackers (with chopped onion), as a substitute for mayo and as sauce for veggies such as cauliflower, broccoli, green beans. Y This spread is high in protein, low in fat and relatively low in carbs (except for the kale, of course). If you're not vegan, you can make an egg salad with it by dicing hard-boiled eggs and onions, and throwing in a little pickle relish. I like it as above spread over baked or broiled flounder or codfish (instead of capers). Good as a sandwich spread, a topping for a melted low-fat cheese sandwich. Even on fried eggs or in soups. It has an intense flavor, so don't eat it by itself. This is not high-end French cuisine. It was created to add flavor and nutrition to a low-salt, low-fat, low-glycemic index, high-protein diet without using eggs (or milk, if you leave out the Greek yogurt).

Sweet and Spicy Nuts
Very Good 4.4/5

These are addictive. They're sweet, salty, spicy, and crunchy. Cut back on the sriracha/chili flakes to tame these fiery nuts. Use smoked (not hot or sweet) paprika.
