While not a gourmet by any means, I do pretty passable weeknight meals. My emphasis is usually on ease, taste and, of course, health. There is no recipe in here that I haven't personally tried and really liked.

Really tasty, which is surprising since the recipe doesn't sound like it's anything special. Made the house smell wonderful and even my must-have-meat boyfriend wanted more.

This is a staple in our household. All measurements are approximate and feel free to adjust to your taste. I like to marinate it for a couple hours but should be at least 30 minutes. Very flexible. The sauce goes really well with mashed potatoes too.
