This a flavorful "casserole" without the noodles and rice found in traditional casseroles. Sorry no photo with this one... family ate it too quick!

My son came up with this for deer steaks, but using a regular lean cut of boneless steak such as round steak works well also. The nutrition is figured with 5 ounces of meat per serving (that was the size of the steaks when I initially entered this) but can be adjusted for smaller steaks as well. The cream cheese and jalapenos can be spread out to smaller portions to make more servings or a smaller block of cream cheese (don't forget to decrease the number of jalapenos) to make fewer servings.
